The Health & Food Division is comprised of technical specialists, certified Dieticians and/or Engineers of Health Food to support customers with optimum formula design for creating the most advanced, innovative health products and applications : from concept to product development, marketing strategy, and market research.
Aiming to be the best strategic partner for customers in restaurant, catering and bakery industry, we set up a specialized unit "Food Service Team" which includes technical chefs and certified bakers as our special force, in order to provide comprehensive services covering material supply, tailor-made recipes and all kinds of solutions.

Established Gemfont Corp. in Taipei, Taiwan.
Obtained ISO 9002:94 Certification.
Set up Shanghai Office.
Start-up new factory and warehouse distribution center at Wu-Ku Industrial District, Taipei County.
Implemented the Corporate Identity System.
Set up Gemfont Scholastic Scholarship Program that provides scholarships to students of food-related departments (such as food science, food service, nutrition, etc).
Built brand name "Alchemy" focusing on bakery businesses.
Obtained ISO22000:2005 and HACCP certification.
Start up Shanghai plant (ECUST Park).
Obtained ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
Implemented PDA wireless network at Wu-Ku distribution center.
Opened Wu-Ku Factory II.
Set up Xiamen office and production facilities.
Zhongli Production and Logistics Center was completed and officially opened in 2024.
In June 2022, Gemfont's Wugu plants were certified by SGS as meeting the requirements of ISO 14064-1 for greenhouse gas emissions
2020 Facilities licensed with FSSC22000, ISO22000:2005, and HACCP certification.
Build up Jhongli Factory & Warehouse (Coming Soon).
Obtained FSSC 22000 certification.
Xiamen plant obtained ISO22000:2005 and HACCP certification.
Implemented ORACLE ERP & PLM systems.
Established HALAL food production line and obtained HALAL certification.
Receive MOHW (Ministry of Health and Welfare) food inspection agency certification.
Laboratory was accredited by TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) with the requirement of ISO/IEC 17025.
Set up Xiang'an plant in Xiamen (Torch Hi-Tech Park, Xiamen).
Built brand name "Sparlar" focusing on food service (restaurant, catering, beverage chain stores, etc) businesses.
